As with most healers and teachers my desire to share what I have learned has come via my own issues, illusions and limitations. This was of course my own karmic set up and the perfect way for me to learn about myself and the power of healing from the inside out, as I truly believe we cannot help others until we help and heal ourselves.

In my early 20’s I was suffering from eating disorders, self worth issues and aggressive tendencies, my life seemed perfect to many, but to me it was incomplete, I was unfulfilled in every way and my symptoms were all part of my heart based knowing that… there was more!

I tried a few different things to help me cope with my reality at that time but nothing ever seemed to get to the core of the issue and at times I felt that I could not go on without an answer.

In the year 2000 Divine synchronicity lead me to the work of Alexis Cartwright (channel founder and anchor of Transference Healing) via the amazing healing and facilitation of Nareena Mortimer and even though I had no idea what she did or how she could I help me, I felt on my first appointment that I was home!

As with any internal journey there were good and bad times but with each appointment so much shifted and changed that there was always something new to understand and work through, life was flowing easier and the future becoming brighter. I understand now how much the “Earth Changes” of 1999 had pushed me to the point of crisis and perfectly into the path of my true destiny!

Through my early journey with Transference Healing and Nareena , I was able to heal many deep emotional wounds, self defence mechanisms and feelings of separation, allowing me to find an inner peace and a true unconditional love for the self and others. Loving and fulfilling balanced relationships of all kinds then followed with a true bliss & happiness that I never thought would be possible. I broke through many layers of illusions, limitations and restrictions and truly found the inner empowered self, so much so, that the old me felt like a whole different lifetime.

In 2004 it was an honour to be trained by Nareena as one of the first European graduates of Transference Healing and it was the completion of a perfect cycle of healing, spiritual growth and re-connection as I stepped forward with faith into my new empowered role. Just a year later I travelled to Australia to re-sit my fundamentals with Alexis herself and train in the “Advanced” and “Teacher” level trainings.

Attending the Transference Healing Mystery School, Level 1 in Hawaii, January 2007 was a complete privilege. To be taught such sacred knowledge, wisdom and initiations by Alexis was an honour and has instigated a healing process that I’m not entirely sure will ever end! I am ever committed to attending Mystery School Level 2 and look forward to the enlightenment and re-connection that this highly profound way of working brings!

Our more recent move to the beautiful location of Knaresborough has shown me the next level of my journey and earthly contract, allowing me to reconnect to past lifetimes, higher frequencies and forgotten gifts and talents. My connection to Great Mother Earth and her magical elements has deepened. My heart opened to new levels of service and my eternal love and respect for Transference Healing and the Goddess frequency remains forever at the core of my being.

As always I now lovingly surrender myself to Divine Will and buckle my seatbelt for the next ride of a lifetime.
